In March 2020 we did a short tour into rural NSW, areas affected by recent bushfires and drought. Folks in the bush are doing it hard but they are resilient. Spirits were certainly a lot higher for the recent rains. We thought we’d see a lot of dead grass/brown and burnt trees. Instead we saw a lot of lush green grass and the beginnings of forest recovery. Mother Nature is already hard at work….
